You Search the Scriptures, But Lack Eternal Life (Church, Oct 29, 2017)

Originally aired Sunday, Oct 29, 2017: Jesse points out that people believe in the Bible instead of believing in GOD. What you believe in controls you — that's where your faith lies, and stops there. You tell yourself you believe in God, and in your fallen state make up excuses of why things are wrong, why you're angry, have fear, doubt, anger and sin. Children of God cannot have anger. But people claim "Jesus was angry," and they think you need anger to act. In John chapter 5, verses 39-40, Jesus said, "You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life." We've been taught wrong. People have the Knowledge of Good and Evil, and not LIFE. Even conservatives on the right are no better than the left, the liberals. They have no power, because they've not returned to the Father. They're mean, they turn on you, judge you, and don't give you a chance to be wrong — they have no compassion.
